Please follow this steps and help us to offer a fast and easy way for you to get to repair and exchange parts.

Step 1: Get your "RMA Nr. "

Contact our Hotline under Phone  +43-7662-6785-9990

and prepare the following informations:

     -Partnumber and Type

     -Do you have guaranty (Invoices/garanty sticker on the product/serialnumbers)

     -Exact failure discription

Our technical can now start a "RMA" and will tell you the number.

Step 2: Download RMA Sheet

Please download the RMA-Sheet and fill out all informations.

Step 3: Send the parts to us.

Please put the documents outside on the parcel, so that we can see the RMA-Number on it, when we recieve it.
